Before reserving a meeting room for the first time, you must read the Meeting Room Policy and register by completing and submitting a Meeting Room Application.
To check meeting room availability and to request a meeting room, click here. Please allow at least 30 minutes between meetings to allow for changes in room set-up. You may have up to two meetings scheduled at any one time. We do not book rooms on Sundays. You will receive an email confirmation when your room request has been accepted. To confirm your reservation, please check the Meeting Room Schedule.

If you need help completing the application or room request, call Patti Cahir at 739-5440 Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
If you need to cancel your room reservation, please email Patti as soon as possible in order to make the room available to other groups.
