NoveList is a fiction database that provides subject heading access, reviews, annotations, and much more for over 120,000 fiction titles for adults, teens and children. It also includes other content of interest to fiction readers, such as Author Read-alikes, Book Discussion Guides, BookTalks, and Feature Articles.
Novelist PlusNovelist Plus includes both fiction and non-fiction titles. Users can search by genre or subject, finding books on many different subjects, as well as summaries and reviews of those titles. Searches can be limited by age level.
The Webrary is a goldmine for booklovers, featuring hundreds of links to satisfy every taste. Links are available to sites containing book reviews and recommendations, E-books, publishers, genre fiction and much more. Book Discussion guides are available, as well as links to book discussion on television, such as Reading with Ripa, the Today Show Book Club, etc.
OverbookedA web site (formerly known as Book Links) for ravenous readers, Overbooked specializes in literary and genre fiction information. Overbooked Originals include author web pages, annotated lists of nonfiction, fiction and mystery books which received starred reviews, themed booklists, featured titles lists and hot lists of hard cover US fiction releases.

Simply type in the author’s name and discover a list of authors who write with the similar style, settings or characters. Users may browse all the subject categories, which include Christian fiction, techno-thrillers, horror, and seniors. The database is also searchable by author or theme. A wonderful readers' advisory resource for librarians and book lovers alike!
Oprah’s BooksFind out what Oprah is reading now, or catch up with lists of her past favorites. The Oprah Book Club site contains many suggestions of terrific books. These titles are mostly fiction, and many have been bestsellers. Oprah is currently reading classics, which are also included.
AmazonBrowse this powerful online bookstore for a wide variety of products including books, music CD's, video, DVDs, computers and software. Many books are accompanied by editorial reviews and reader reviews. Specialized lists are available in many genres, such as comic and graphic novels, cooking, food and wine as well as mystery and thrillers.
Christian Classics are actual books in electronic format online, selected for your edification. Hundreds of texts of the works of famous Christian thinkers are included, such as St. Thomas Aquinas, John Milton and Dorothy Sayers. This site also includes an encyclopedic treatment of many religious topics, from saints to Goths. The encyclopedic entries are taken from both The Catholic Encyclopedia and The New Schaff-Herzog Encyclopedia of Religious Knowledge.

The site includes Etexts of the works of many classic authors, such as Edgar Rice Burroughs, Edgar Allan Poe, Bram Stoker and H.G. Wells. An extensive list of series is also available.
A website for teens, devoted to teen graphic novels is a great source for reviews of current graphic novels. It also has two companion sections, Sidekicks for Kids (devoted to Children's graphic novels), and The Lair (devoted to graphic novels appropriate for older teens and adults).
The Horror Writer’s Association was formed, in part, to foster a greater appreciation of dark fiction among members of the general public.
