Inkas Wasi: Music of the Andes On Wednesday, August 6 at 7:00 p.m., Sergio Espinoza of the musical group "Inkas Wasi" returns to the Library with a lively concert of music from the indigenous people of Peru. Wearing colorful native costume, Sergio and Jaime Rodriguez will play bamboo flutes, string and percussion instruments and share stories. A great program for a warm summer night! Join us for Narragansett Bay: a Photographic Essay on Wednesday, August 13 at 7:00 p.m. Distinguished Rhode Island photographer Sal Mancini will explore in photographs the man-made features of our Bay - the cities, ports and its natural beauty. Also featured are photos of the Naragansett tribe. This is the final event of the "Summer on the Bay at the Library" series and is supported by the Friends of the Library and the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities.
